My Story
I spent years behind the chair perfecting my craft as a hairstylist before I opened my first salon. I went on to open 6 salons in the UK and 2 in Australia, employing over 100 staff.
Living the dream, right?
Not quite.
It certainly wasn’t smooth sailing, and I found out the hard way that being a top hairstylist does not mean you’ll automatically be a successful salon owner. Being a business owner requires a different mindset and a completely new skill set, but even that won’t get you far if you don’t have the right tools in your toolbox.
Problem was, back then, no real tools existed to help salon owners run their business, so I set about creating my own. Through study, analysis, observation and trial and error, I developed a set of successful systems that could be replicated over and over again. These systems pulled me out of debt, put me on the path to profit and turned my salons into money-making machines.
Today, my salons are fully systemised and run without me.
Now I truly am living the dream and it’s time for me to give back by helping you to live your dream.
